Welcome to the world of disappointment that is the Percy Jackson movie franchise. I also hated Annabeth in the trailer. Come on, wouldn't she be the one to know not to open a flask of the winds indoors? She would be the one to not only know those aren't sharks but she'd know exactly what they are too. I am just so unexcited. Sorry for the negativity but it's how I feel.

It’s completely understandable though. And I thought the screenwriters actually read the book? I thought on its own, this book would be easthan to make than the lightning thief, with a lot more landscapes to play with and tons of opportunities to bring in different actors (male, female, races, etc.) as well tons of humor potential with Grover in the cave. And apparently now, Clarisse is a gonna be a sex icon. Great
